Wadata Kasuwa Residents Flee From Community As Bandits Send Notice To Attack Kadarko Chiefdom

The Residents of Kadarko Chiefdom of Wase Local Government Area of Plateau State are now fleeing from the bandits spying to attack Kadarko Chiefdom with the influx of suspects in motorbikes transporting machine guns hanging on them.

The People of  Kadarko Chiefdom in Wase LGA raised alarm over a large number of bandits with sophisticated weapons on Tuesday evening planning to embark on fresh attacks.

The Wadata Kasuwa community yesterday night had sleepless concerns with a heavy influx of bandits spying on the settlement to wreak havoc and scare people from coming to market.

It would be recalled that Late Ponzhi Vongjen battled these notorious gangs of bandits suspected to be coming from neighboring states and are alleged to be sponsored by politicians and traditional rulers “

According to the eyewitness, sighting their presence caused serious tension and panic among Wadata Kasuwa residents when they sighted the terrorists in their numbers on motorcycles entering the community.

However, they alleged that the bandits led by one Nansoh Pyal Miri one of the Shehu Jatau top Commander leading the terrorist from Kurmi Dampar in Taraba state, and Bwarat villages both in Taraba state most of them Tarok, Jukun, and Fulani Militias are Planning to disrupt Wadata Market today.

Some members of the community started fleeing their homes yesterday night calling on the Government and the security agencies to take urgent action to prevent what happened in Bokkos might be repeated.

All efforts to speak with the appropriate authority prove abortive as they’re not picking up calls.

The Member representing Wase state Constituency yesterday confirmed that the bandits were attacking some residents and security agencies have been deployed to arrest the perpetrators.

Hon.Ibrahim Galadima Adamu stated that the situation is under control.
