HRM , Ponzhi Kadarko Coronate 10 Fulani Ardos Into Leadership Of Kadarko District

His Royal Majesty (HRM) the Traditional Title Holder of Kadarko Chiefdom of Wase Local Government Area of Plateau State, HRM, Ponzhi Lot Nden has coronated at least no less than 10 Fulani Ardors with a called on them to remain committed to the peacebuilding in Wase LGA and Plateau State.

The Ponzhi Lot Nden performed the coronation of Nine Ardos of Kadarko Chiefdom and Tsarkin Fulani of Kadarko Chiefdom at the Palace of HRH Chief Lot Nden Ponzi Kadarko 1 where the occasion was witnessed by sons and daughters.

The coronation exercise was performed by HRM , Jesse Miri the District Head of Kirim District in the presence of HRM , Ponzhi Lot Nden to promote peaceful coexistence amongst the diverse ethnic groups in Wase LGA.

He appealed that the coronation aimed to promote peaceful coexistence amongst the diverse tribes and religious groups in Kadarko Chiefdom and Plateau State.

Ponzhi Lot Nden called on the people to end the bloodbath and insecurity in Wase LGA by appealing to the stakeholders to be their brother’s keepers in maintaining togetherness and oneness.

“Wase LGA was the first to undergo a political crisis leading to the deaths of thousands of people and the Ponzhi Kadarko Chiefdom is now working hard to ensure the safety of lives and properties of Nigerians.

“Coronation of the 10th Ardos in Kadarko District of Wase LGA harped on encouraging and maintaining togetherness and the grand ceremonial coronation of the 10th Ardos of the Ponzhi Kadarko of Wase took place at the Palace “, he said.

The coronation took place in the presence of eminent sons and daughters of the land and other dignitaries, including the Wase Emirate Council.

 The coronation was followed by the traditional “Ride of the Ponzhi O’tarok”, the so-called “incarnation and traditional chanting of culture”. Before the 10th Ardos of Kadarko,

The delegation managed to gain acceptance from the newly “anointed” head of the Ardos.  Coronation contributed to the strengthening of the Ponzhi Kadarko District political and economic relations with the largest cultural and commercial center of the Fulani socio-cultural group.
