Kidnappers On Rampage In Kadarko District Of Wase LGA, As  9 Persons Were Kidnapped In A Week

The Criminal elements have moved their kidnapping targets and disruption of hard end peace as syndicates in Wase Local Government Council of Plateau State, the residents of Kadarko District are bitterly expressing worries and having a sleepless night.

 

No fewer than 5 to 9 persons are kidnapped on daily basis by the syndicate sacking villagers creating fear and panic in the last two weeks.

 

Spokesman of the district, to Ponzhi Kadarko, HRH, Ponzhi Lot Nden who confirmed the incident condemned in its totality the strength development happening in his domain recently.

 

He called the security agencies to intervene and arrest the culprits by bringing them to the book.

 

The activities of unknown gunmen have continued to wreak havoc as the farming season is gradually setting in farmers wailing and counting losses to these men of the underworld.

 

The Kadarko leaders are raising alarm over the ugly development of employing security personnel posts to be fair and ensure that those behind the dastardly act be brought to public notice.

 

“However, you would recall that the issues of chiefdoms demarcation had generated serious tension and complaints by the Tarok Youth but the council refuted that is just a mere allegation “.

 

They revealed that the situation might degenerate into something else if urgent steps are not taking to curtail the breakdown of law and order in the areas.
