Gombe Deputy Governor Jatau Charges Berom Nation To Build A Culture Of Unity & Love

The Gombe State Deputy Governor, Hon. Manasseh Daniel Jatau has said, that the biggest challenge of human beings is that we have abandoned our Cultural heritage and imbibe dubious characters and attitudes toward promoting dishonesty and lack of trust.

He disclosed that the important component of culture that helps to differentiate us human beings from animals is communication by appealing to people to always respect their culture and not to be ashamed.

Speaking during the Nzem Berom festival of arts and culture in Jos North Local Government Council venue for the celebration and the 15 years of His Royal Majesty, Jacob Gyang Buba on the throne and Fundraising for the building of Technology village.

According to him, we should learn to keep our culture and imbibe the discipline of maintaining it , he appeals to governors and their deputies to provide a conducive atmosphere for our cultural practice to strive.

Jatau explained further that the people would be better managed if they passed the teaching of culture down to the next generation of leaders.

He prayed to God for a bumper harvest in the 2024 farming season as farmers go back to farms to reduce the price of foodstuffs in the market.

Daniel Manasseh stressed that the prices of goods in an open market had skyrocketed which had affected all the purchasing power in the country but he urged the people to continue to work hard and pray to God to reverse the hardship.

As he disclosed that the people of Berom are destined to remain on the surface of the earth no matter the challenges of insecurity, he donated 10 million naira for the building of a technology village through the government of Governor Inuwa Yahaya.
