Eze Imo’s Seat Position: Ohiri Lambasts Ilomuanya, Describes Him As An Impostor, Impersonator

On Wednesday, July 24th 2019,the South East Coordinator,Council of Traditional Rulers, HRM Eze Sam Agunwa Ohiri,in Owerri,commended the Imo State, Gov.Emeka Ihedioha,for his current leadership styles and policies towards rebuilding the State, mostly on his recent appointment of the former Imo Governor, Chief Ikedi Ohakim,as the State Chairman, Imo Sanitation Committee.

 

Eze Ohiri,who is also the Chairman Council of Traditional Rulers,while addressing newsmen at the Imo Palace of Traditional Rulers, moreso extolled the State Governor for making right appointments to right Imo sons and daughters, which he described as right steps in right directions towards rebuilding the state.

 

He therefore frowned at the height of impersonation of his Royal Office by alleged dethroned Traditional Ruler of Obinaugwu Autonomous Community, in Orlu LGA,Imo State, Eze Cletus IIomuanya,according to Eze Ohiri (Eze Imo),who described Eze IIomuanya as a bandit,a man with questionable character, who does not deserve to be freely walking around, parading himself as a Traditional Ruler.

 

“Council of Imo Traditional Rulers’ alleged leadership tussles,Eze Sam Ohiri in his words buried Eze Cletus IIomuanya. He is not worthy to even be honoured with a Chieftaincy tittle. He is an impersonator, imposter, bandit who should be jailed. He is not a Traditional Ruler,”he submitted.

 

Eze Ohiri, therefore revealed that IIomuanya was dethroned by the immediate past Imo Governor,now the Senator for Orlu Zone, Sen.Rochas Okorocha,over 4 years ago for alleged disobedience to the order from Chief Rochas,during the 2014 Presidential aspiration of the immediate past Nigerian President, Dr.Goodluck Jonathan.

 

“IIomuanya and about 40 other Traditional Rulers in Imo were suspended by Chief Rochas due to the alleged face off between Okorocha and Jonathan,during his 2014 Presidential campaign in Imo State as a result of their disobedience to receive Dr.Jonathan”.
