2015 General Election Sen. Gaya Task Voters On PVCs Collection By Hassan Galadima, Abuja

A lawmaker representing Kano South Senatorial District Senator Kabiru Ibrahim Gaya has urged Nigerians not to relent their efforts toward collecting permanent voter’s card.
In an interview with journalists in Abuja Senator Gaya said the change Nigerians are yearning for can only be possible if they obtain their permanent voter’s card, adding that it is the only way to vote for credible leaders in the country come 2015 general election in Nigeria.
Gaya said also stated that the reason why the  Senate invited INEC Chairman Professor Attahiru Jega to appear before the senate is to brief it why the February 14 election was postponed, according to him the discussion was successful he said.
Speaking further the former Kano Governor, Gaya said the March 28 and April 11 2015 election must hold as schedule by INEC. He expressed optimism that the INEC decision to use card reader during 2015 general election will seriously help to reduce election manipulation in 2015 general election in the country.

Senator Gaya said the INEC Chairman assured the senate that over 76% permanent voter’s cards has been distributed across the nation ahead of the  2015 general election in the country.
