Nasarawa APC Guber Candidate Support Group, London Boy Movement Unveils 13 LGA Coordinators, Sets Stage for Statewide Structure Rollout

A support group of Sen. Ahmed Aliyu Wadada, the APC gubernatorial candidate for Nasarawa State, The London Boy Movement, has announced the appointment and unveiling of its 13 Local Government Coordinators.

This is part of ongoing efforts to consolidate a robust grassroots structure ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The announcement was made by the Chairman of the Movement and grassroots mobilizer, Hon. Stephen Abraham Narai, during a meeting of the State Executive Council.
In a statement signed by Emeka Monday Okoye, the Publicity Secretary , The London Boy Movement, he said; “According to him, the LGA Coordinators will be responsible for coordinating volunteers, mobilizing community support, deepening voter engagement, and serving as the operational link between the Movement and the people in their respective Local Government Areas.
In addition, the Movement has approved the appointment of Ward Coordinators across the 147 electoral wards in Nasarawa State. This is aimed at building a strong organizational structure that reaches every community.
Speaking on the development, the Director-General of the Movement, Hon. Joseph Maiwada (Apiro), said the Movement remains committed to complementing the official APC Campaign Council through organized grassroots mobilization, strategic communication, community engagement, and volunteer coordination.

Keffi LGA – Rt. Hon. Muhammad Rabo Nasir
Lafia LGA – Rt. Hon. Muhammad Shuaibu Madaki
Keana LGA – Abdullahi Isa Jibrin Kwara
Wamba LGA – Rt. Hon. Shuaibu Saleh Lado
Toto LGA – Rt. Hon. Abdullahi Abdulhameed Ayizimazi
Awe LGA – Rt. Hon. Hassan Zulkibilu
Nasarawa Eggon LGA – Rt. Hon. Ayaka Titus Bako
Nasarawa LGA – Rt. Hon. Danjuma Odumu
Akwanga LGA – Rt. Hon. Monday Magaji
Kokona LGA – Abdulkareem Goma Usman
Karu LGA – Rt. Hon. Bako Christopher Madaki
Obi LGA – Rt. Hon. Ayugu Peter Ayele

The leadership of the Movement further disclosed plans to soon unveil the full organizational structure, including Zonal Executives, Ward Executive Committees, and Polling Unit Coordinators. The official inauguration of the structures is expected to hold shortly. The London Boy Movement congratulated all newly appointed LGA Coordinators. It urged them to demonstrate dedication, discipline, integrity, and commitment to the vision of building a united and prosperous Nasarawa State.
Meanwhile, the Executive Committee of the movement paid a courtesy visit to some high-profile individuals in Nasarawa State and conferred on them various leadership portfolios within their political movement.
The movement spokesperson said, “We visited the Accountant General of Nasarawa State, Rt. Hon. Dr. Musa Ahmed Mohammed, Baraden Nasarawa, and the Accountant General of Nasarawa State who was conferred on the position of Patron, London Boy Movement.”
Another person visited by the movement is the Director-General, Nasarawa State Pension Bureau , Alhaji Suleiman Musa Nagogo, Ciroman Wamba.
Alhaji Nagogo identified as a “London Boy” and affirmed that Sen. Wadada is a candidate the Movement must deliver. He noted that they are family and pledged his total support to ensure Wadada emerges as the next Governor of Nasarawa State. He also encouraged the team to remain focused and keep the zeal alive until we succeed.
“Thereafter, we proceeded to the office of Hon. Kwanta Yakubu, Commissioner for Youths and Sports and Supervising Commissioner for Works and Housing.
He appreciated his appointment as London Boy Ambassador and assured the team of his availability to offer advice and support at all times. He further urged all members to remain steadfast and to secure their wards.
“Finally, we had the honor of meeting Hon. Dr. Aliyu Bello, PhD, where we conferred on him the title of Assistant Grand Patron of The London Boy Movement.
“Dr. Bello expressed satisfaction with the caliber of men and women in the team. He pledged his support and promised to mobilize other stakeholders, including Governor Sule, to give the Movement all necessary support to succeed. He concluded by stating that his doors are always open to The London Boy Movement and assured the team that some members would be absorbed into the main state campaign team.”
