Gunmen Kill 3 In Mangu, Barkin Ladi, Area of Plateau as Seven are injured By Yakubu Busari, Jos

No fewer than three persons were feared dead in Mangu and Barkin Ladi local government Area  of Plateau State.
It was gathered   that unknown gunmen suspected to be Fulani militants has been terrorising Mangu communities in Kantoma, Mangu LGA and Lambal village around Gana Ropp of Barakin Ladi Local Government Area.
Investigation by this medium confirmed that the suspected herdsmen attacked and   killed 3 people while seven others sustained various degrees of injuries and is now receiving treatment in an undisclosed hospital.
However, our correspondent gathered that the affected communities have been having sleepless night from the Fulani masqueraders since the mass movement of people from one part to another.
The police public relation officer Plateau State command DSP Abu Emmanuel when contacted for confirmation told our correspondent on phone in Jos yesterday that he is yet to get full detail from the DPO in charge of the area.
According him, “I will get in touch with you when I established contact with the officers in charge of the area”, which he did not as at the time of filling this report.
