PCC Boss Seeks Interagency Synergy In Addressing Complaints

The Plateau State Commissioner , Public Complaints Commission, PCC, Hon Abdullahi Garba Abbas has charged staff of the commission to be punctual and committed to duties by ensuring the commission achieve its mandate in the state under his stewardship.

 

He advocated a more coordinated inter-agency synergy among security agencies cooperation within the state to address numerous public complaints in the state.

 

 

Garba Abbas hailed the contributions of each of the staff, making Plateau one of the states with the lowest complaint rates in Nigeria during the present governor Simon.

 

The PCC boss admonished staff to worked hard during his period stay and ensure the general public didn’t suffer neglect

 

 

Garba Abbas who is just taking the mantle of leadership as the former commissioner for agriculture of the state caution those with bad behavior to refrain from the act.

 

 

Hon Abbas made this disclosure at the Federal Secretariat on Tuesday while enjoying an interactive session with an old and new staff of the commission in Jos.

 

According to him, “my vision and mission in public complaints Commission are to take the dreams of the commission to its greater high through objective service delivery “.

 

He explained further, ” I want to leave behind a lasting legacy for all Nigerian to emulate, as he promised unbiased to all cases filed before the commission especially the right of vulnerable people in society “.

 

Abbas employed the staff of the commission to accord him the same gesture by trying to reciprocate through hard work and commitment for us to achieve our desire goal.

 

” We need to identify our primary assignment as he interfaces with the staff by listening to some of their complaints, and to promote cordial working relationship within themselves “, he added.
