The Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party in Nasarawa State, Hon.Francis Orogu has said the just conducted governorship and House of Assembly election did not reflect the choice of voters in the State.

He started this during a press conference held at the party Secretariat along Jos road.

Orogu said the Independent National Electoral Commission, security agencies and academicians handpicked as returning officers connived to robbed his party of its victory.

“The governor-elect should smile not laugh because as a party we would follow the legal means to retrieve our mandate”.

Francis Orogu maintained that majority of polling Units where election results were cancelled are stronghold of the PDP.

“As I’m talking to you now security agencies invited a sitting member House of Representatives to their office for questioning”

The Chairman appealed to party men and women to turnout en mass in the inconclusive election reschedule for the Saturday 23 March to support their candidate.
