Dissolve This Interim Executives and Bring In Neutral Persons To Conduct State Congress-Aminu Zang Advices PDP, NWC

The former Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs who coordinated For the former Vice President Atiku Abubakar Campaign in Plateau state ,Hon Aminu Zang has charged the National Working Committee NWC  of the people Democratic party to urgently dissolve the interim Exco constituted by  the National Chairman Chief Uche Secondus and bring in neutral persons for the position of state chapter .

 

Zang called on the appropriate Exco to act fast to  avoid further crisis in the party because the same leadership are going to conduct congress while they are still pursuing to vie for the same offices that is an indication they can use their position to manipulate their reelection bid.

 

 

He said ,his ambition vying for the position of state chapter of the People Democratic Party is to correct the abnormality by repositioning the structure to grab power from the All Progress Congress, APC, in 2023.

 

 

He challenged the National secretariat of the People Democratic Party ,PDP, to dissolve the present exco by appointing care taker committee for the conduct of the forthcoming state congress .

 

Speaking to our correspondent over the internal wrangling at the polo ground while responding to allegations of him playing double swords.

 

 

He admitted that ,it is heartwarming that everyone know is not only the plateau state chapter that has problem but the problem which bedevil started between the Former Governor of Kaduna state ,Sen Ahmad Makarfi and Senator Modu Sheriff since then PDP had continue to have issue .

 

According to him, the entire exercise issue degenerated into different factions group which threw a lot of challenges and confusion in the party ,so my vying for the position of Chairmanship race under PDP is to correct the abnormality.

 

“My intention of going into the political race for the chairmanship of our great party ,PDP , is that ,I hope  to correct  the issue of lack of internal democracy ,I don’t want to add injuries to the existing structure some people contributed they pursue to the extent of taken to the core individual interference which I seek to correct i”, he added.

 

Hon zang explained further that he doesn’t belongs to any of the two camp but I rather see myself as an independent candidate coming to rewrite the wrong history ,if somebody is not sitting on a Camel and someone that is sitting on the ground just to grab power I’m seeing my vote would change the wrong history of PDP in plateau state .

 

Aminu reiterated that the APC has no business winning Plateau state, this is just by mistake of the people cause by impunity, selfishness and lack following internal democracy from the leadership of the party.

 

He maintained ,” I don’t have any camp and I’m campless who is aware of some of the existing just to set up for win so I’m interested in joining the chairmanship race for me to correct the happening at the state level” .

 

Aminu Zang noted that in some of the LGAs there is no election completely but they have concession candidates which the constitution allow that some cases were election didn’t hold they wrote phantom of names and submit to the state as Exco .

 

He pointed out ,”if they conducted the election and winner emerge then the losers  can be allow to ventilate their grievances the major or secondary election is there so I advise that those holding this position should continue to have rethink ,they now think they would sit down and announce position that is the reason I want to correct it.

 

“If given the mandate I would provide a level play ground to everyone participate without those coming with a premeditated mind of imposing candidates of their choice on people ,he said.
