Dalyop  Receives  ‘Silver Star Award’ For Exceptional Contribution

The President of Berom Educational and Cultural Organization (BECO), Da Gyang Dudu Dalyop, a retired Assistant Comptroller of Customs has been honored with a Silver Star Award by the Comptroller General of Custom, Col. Hameed Ali (Rtd).

 

 

Da Dalyop  was invited by the Nigeria Customs Command and Staff College to her first ever regimental graduation dinner not knowing he will be honored with an award of excellence.

 

The award was for his outstanding contribution to the College and the Service.

Da Gyang Dudu said the award remains one of his highest honour both in and out of service.

 

According to him ,the award will spur him to do more in terms of his pursue of excellence and exceptional contribution to the service even after retirement.

The EXCO of BECO received with utmost joy the award of a ” silver star medal” bestowed on Da Gyang Dudu Dalyop President BECO world-wide, by the Comptroller General of the Nigerian custom service for his outstanding performance while in service.

 

This award is no doubt a testimony of your impeccable track record and also contribution to the growth and development of the custom service.

 

Indeed, since your assumption of office as the BECO president, you have no one in doubt of your insatiable commitment to respond to the challenges of our people, especially in this 21st century which you personally tagged ‘ki pas e vwel berom'( new beginning).

 

This has motivated to travel to the USA to galvanise support, again you are about to travel to the UK to do same.

As your officials, we are confident that this award by your former employers will spur you to serve our people better.
