Former vice president, Atiku Abubakar has described governors of the All Progressives Congress in their various State as agents of good governance
The APC presidential aspirant in the 2015 general election stated this when he visited Governor Umaru Tanko Al-Makura at the government House in continuation of his consultation visit to states of the federation.
Abubakar said states under the APC has exhibited monumental track records in the area of education, agriculture, health and amongst other sectors of human life
“There is no comparison between the governors of Nasarawa, Sokoto, Kano, Lagos, Zamfara, Rivers among others, he said
The presidential flag bearer of the APC in 2015 general election commended governor Al-Makura for effecting total change in the state, describing Al-Makura as gem.
“Seeing is believing,what I have seen in Lafia is a clear indication of total commitment and determination to a smaller state like Nasarawa state.

Al-Makura full of optimism revealed that the APC would reclaim the presidency come 29 May 2015; he described the former vice president as a political enigma who stands for the masses.
