Akwanga Zone Is A No Go Area For Gov Sule-Maku

The Director General of the Presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, and governorship candidate of the Party and  David Emmanuel Ombugadu in Nasarawa state, Labaran Maku has declared that Akwanga zone is a no-go area for the incumbent governor of the state, Engineer Abdullahi Sule.

The former minister of Information gave the disclosure during the zonal campaign rally of the PDP  held at Awe local government Area.

He sympathizes with Nigerians over the hardship, squalor, stagnation, deprivation, agony, hunger, and banditry, they are passing through with no end in sight

Maku said people are feeling the bad effect of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) government that lacks the willpower to effect positive change.

Affirming that Akwanga and Akwanga zone which comprises of Nasarawa Eggon, Akwanga, and Wamba remain the home of PDP”.

Maku said anybody or any group of individuals that may want to disrupt their party would be crushed adding that the party would spring surprises in the forthcoming General election.

He commended the likes of Walid Jibrin, the Chairman board of trustees (BOT), Arc Mohammed Ja’afar Ibrahim who defected recently from the APC to the PDP.

Labaran Maku also applauded Bagudu Usman for the show of commitment and doggedness in fronting party affairs.

He maintained that the choice of David Emmanuel Ombugadu is not by mistake explaining that the party fielded an energetic governorship candidate so as not to waste the state money on a medical jamboree.

According to Labaran Maku, “when I was in the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) , In the 2015 election, I defeat governor, Umaru Tanko Al-Makura while in 2019 I still defeat Engineer Abdullahi Sule.

” I was denied the opportunity because I don’t have political foot soldiers to defend my mandate”.

Attesting that Ombugadu is more qualified than all other governorship candidates in the state, he affirmed that the Nasarawa state candidate of the party is 44 years.

He told the mammoth crowd that Awe local government has all the potential that the state will rely on in terms of agriculture which encompasses food and cash crops.

Labaran Maku said the PDP will open a new vista of business in Awe local government by working with multinational companies to create wealth.

The governorship candidate of the party, David Emmanuel Ombugadu said if, given the chance, he will change things for the better.
