Uzodinma Appoints Prof. Opara As Special Adviser On Petroleum

Governor Hope Uzodimma, of Imo State, has appointed Professor Eugene Opara as his Special Adviser on Petroleum.

The erudite professor, Eugene Opara recently served Imo State as Chairman of the Visitation Panel to the former Imo State Polytechnic Umuagwo, Imo State, now Imo State University of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences.

The report of the outcome of the Visitation Panel Prof. Eugene Opara chaired was received with applause by the present Governor of Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodimma. 

According to the Imo State Governor while receiving the report, the Panel did a great work meticulously and must be commended.

“From all indications, Prof. Eugene Opara led Panel served well and Imo State is proud of the efforts you all invested in coming up with this report”

Professor Eugene Opara, is a native of Irete Autonomous Community in Owerri West LGA of Imo State.

He is held in high esteem by many as an erudite and intellectual.

He has also held leadership positions where he contributed to the betterment of his society.
