Continuous Detention Of Suspended Imo Commissioner For Lands, Sir.Atulegwu…His Legal Team Moves To Court Against Gov.Uzodimma’s Action

It is on record that the Imo State Governor, Sen.Hope Uzodimma, in his power and capacity publicly announced the sack or suspension of his Commissioner for Lands Survey and Urban Planning, Hon.Sir.Noble Atulegwu Abiaso, some weeks ago in Imo.

Since after his ouster from the office as Imo Commissioner for Lands, Hon.Noble, was arrested and has been unlawfully detained at the Imo Police Command (Tiger Base Unit) QIT of the force by the mandate of the Shared Prosperity Governor, Sen.Hope Uzodimma, who ordered a bench warrant of Hon.Noble while still on detention.

Upon his arrest, Sir.Noble has been suffering hence his continuous detention.

Now, ThePressman gathered that the legal team hired by the detained Commissioner have gone to court of competent jurisdiction and petitioned Governor Uzodimma against what they tagged unlawful continuous detention of their client, Sir.Atulegwu.

Information reaching ThePressman says that Hon.Noble (the embattled) has gone to court, sued and petitioned Governor Hope Uzodimma, against his continuous arrest and detention.

Revelations of all the financial activities how money was paid some certain bank accounts now being revealed also.

Sir.Atulegwu’s legal action might indict Governor Uzodimma, and so many top Imo government functionaries who squandered the public funds and their obvious involvement into land racketeering, if care is not taking.

Because, it was reliably gathered that the sacked and embattled immediately past Imo Commissioner for Lands, Hon.Noble Atulegwu Abiaso, during his reign in the office as the commissioner for lmo lands allocated so many lands to friends and relatives of Governor Hope Uzodimma.

It was gathered that he (Noble) didn’t sold some large portions of lands alone, rather some allies of the Governor were involved and such they should all face the wrath of the law.

However, some groups of people have advised those who are closer to Gov.Hope should please tell him to die that matter.

It seems as if the prophecy given by a certain prophet of God on the removal of Governor Uzodinma may be a reality before January 2024.

According to news sources from Noble’s legal team, “We are extremely worried about the continuous detention of our clients, Noble Abiaso by Governor Hope Uzodimma;

“The more he stays in the police custody, the more his health condition is deteriorating on daily basis. It is allowed in a refined democratic system of government;

“He should be in court by now instead of suffering him. We are saying, let him be charged to court. We are moreso aware that he is on Bench Warrant already but should be in court instead”, Noble’s legal luminaries affirmed.

Therefore, our beloved Imo Governor,Sen. Hope Uzodimma shouldn’t throw caution to the winds.
