The Founder/Chairperson Talented Women Foundation, TWF, Mrs Grace Hassan Panshak has said ,in Plateau State over 2878 women have already registered to be engage on meaningful skills acquisition and women empowerment program in fighting poverty in sub-Saharan Africa .
Mrs Panshak stated this during the official flag off program for Talented Women Foundation held at Azi Nyako Youths Centre DadinKowa Jos.
She said ,the TWF is born out of passion to repositioning the plight of vulnerable women who are leaving in rural communities and can’t afford the basic need of live.
Panshak explained that the NGO started the as talented women forum but was later change to TWF to help build capacity of women and encourage them to be self reliance .
She Pointed out that the organization is one element of the management process, planning for both skills and health of women in in rural and urban settlements from plateau State which is referred to organization structures involving integration of resources in other to accomplish the set objectives.
The founder stressed that the architectural plan had consider the plight of different factors such as cost, time, special features and resources to boost the economic development of the state.
The organization plans to have inter-personal relationships that should exist among women, such frame work is intended to promote coordination in the functions and activities of members of the group with which people associate for the attainment of an of employment, empowerment and capacity building, she noted.
According to her, this Foundation has been widely documented as an engine room to enabling women foster unity and to exercise their rights to educate themselves on health and reproductive knowledge to improve family in Nigeria

She added that the need to be nurtured for them to responsible members of the forum and contribute positively to the family.
Meanwhile, Chairman of Pankshin Local Government council, Hon John Danladi Damap said the council had program and policy that is aim at rebuilding women for better understanding of themselves and their families.
He maintained that the LGA focus more on the plight of vulnerable women and youth especially the area of primary health care delivery which is underway in almost all the LGAs.
