Two persons were confirmed dead while 12 others sustained serious degrees of injuries as a fatal accident occurred along Hadejia Ringim Kano road on Saturday evening.
The accident involves the BTW Toyota Costa white in color with reg no FTA 458 HV KAT STA belongs to College of Health Sci & Tech Funtua and driven by one Sani Shehu ‘m’ age 49yrs of Funtua LGA Katsina State.
The vehicle is From Hadeja heading to Funtua, with 38 passengers, on reaching a boarding primary school Ringim , the driver rammed into a stationary truck trailer with reg no RNG 580 XC driven by Ibrahim Hafizu ‘m’ age 30yrs of Unguwa Uku Tarauni LGA Kano State.
The affected victims who lost their lives are; Usman Ibrahim ‘m’ age 50yrs, and Ahmadu Hamisu ‘m’ age 48yrs.
