The incumbent regime under the able leadership of Governor Umaru Tanko Al-Makura has embarked on the training and retraining of over 4,152 primary and Junior secondary schools in the state, The effort has gone a long way towards enhancing capacity building among teachers in the state.

Mass purge of public servants especially employees at the third tier of Government in the name of sanitizing the Local Government system was kicked against by people of the state, It was traumatized dreams amidst hopes by the broad-spectrum masses of the state, It was on record that over 5000 workers listed as unconfirmed workers employed through illegal
means were displaced, The screening, verification and bio-data exercise was mar by favoritism, The affected workers are the beneficiaries of Governor Abdullahi Adamu’s regime on the youth protection scheme and others employed by the immediate past administration of Governor Aliyu Akwe Doma, The sacked workers it was gathered some of them had put in 10 years in service but were displaced without any benefit.
The untold story was that Governor Al-Makura has since reinstated some of the sacked staff who has the backing of bigwigs of the All Progressive Congress, The situation has been devastating to the affected citizenry.
FAVORITISM IN THE DISTRIBUTION OF PROJECTS

The renovation, rehabilitation, expansion and furnishing of Government House was awarded on direct labour,This among other factors delayed the completion of the work, The non-release of fund also compel contractors handling Stanbic IBTC -Inec-Kurukyo road to abandoned the project due to non-releases of fund, The delay in the construction of a befitting stadium in the state capital was derailed due to paucity of fund, While the proposal for the construction of 2500 in five urban centers of Akwanga, Doma, Nasarawa, Keffi and Karu, The housing project which was in 2013budget was a mirage

3. Dr.Salisu Raj, The senior special Adviser to Al-Makura on Millennium Development Goal is Gwandara from Karu Local Government.
To crown it all, the Governor to favored his people created Daddere Development Area out of Obi Local Government while his stool was elevated to second class.
Over 20,000 people killed, many communities displaced in 3 years
The worst of all is the unabated security that trail the state since the inception of the current regime,D.H can authoritatively reveal that over 20,000 people were killed,scores of houses destroyed, and over 28 communities were displaced in the communal and ethnic skirmishes that rock the state,The crisis is a minus to the present administration despite the construction of quality roads and schools in the state,The projects that were hitherto denied the populace of the state.
