A Northern States pro Senator Ahmad Bola Tinubu, support train for presidential beat tagged: “Mungani A Kasa,” has stormed Jos, saying Tinubu is the only better aspirant to lead Nigeria comes 2023.
It said the antecedents of Senator Bola Tinubu, as a real progressive Democrat, a former Senator, and two terms Governor of Lagos, are enough reasons to advance his aspiration to become the next President of Nigeria.
This was part of the group’s position in a press conference, by the spokesman of the group Abu Lawal, flanked by the group chairman Shehu Abdurrahman, Tijjani Nakande, and others.
“As a Senator, Tinubu has made a great impact in law-making towards Nigeria’s development. He has as two terms Governor of Lagos made great policies that is shaping the State.
“Even when Obasanjo’s Government held the Local Government Councils, funds Tinubu was able to make them performed better than many LGCs in states where these funds are been released,” he said.
He canvassed that the country still needs an elderly person with vast knowledge and experiences like Tinubu, to take it to the level of greater development and progress.
“Senator Bola Tinubu knows the problems of Nigeria and Nigerians, a sensible and hardworking personality that deserves to be the country’s next is non better than him,” the group said.
On the health status of Tinubu, the group said, Tinubu is hale and hearty, contrary to insinuations that he is unfit.
“The rumor-mongering been peddled by enemies of progress that Senator Bola Ahmad Tinubu, was sick is nothing but falsehood, and it has been the dirty works of such people that are in the habits of propelling falsehood against revered leaders in our country.
“We are urging patriotic Nigerians to shun, discard and disregard such falsehood,” he said.
