Igbos In Jos Urge Members To Vote PDP Candidate ,Says Hon Abbey Aku Undermines Us In Jos North/Bassa Bye Election

A committee set up by high Igbo’s Cultural Welfare Association ,Plateau State Chapter in Jos North /Bassa Federal Constituency has called on its members to vote for the People Democratic Party ,PDP, candidate in the bye election scheduled to hold on the 26th February, 2022 .
Spokesman of the ICWA,Mazi Eze Ojukwu stated this in an interview with some session of Journalists in Jos North LGA on Monday .
He said the decision has became obvious that the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, undermine their political contributions in Jos North ,Bassa federal constituency as he has accused us the Igbo’s of not coming out to vote during election .
Ojukwu said the statements alleged to have been credited to Hon.Joseph Abbey Aku in his campaign tour that there is no need to go about his electioneering campaign to the Igbo’s community because they’re not faithful and trustworthy people .
According to him ,the ICWA took the resolution after a wide consultation with its stakeholders that they should communicate their members on the recent development ahead of Saturday poll due for bye election .
He disclosed that ,their members alerted them that the APC candidate arrogantly insulted their reputation by blackmailing them that they don’t come out during election .
Ojukwu maintained that the insult attributed to the APC candidate ,saying all manner of statements had reduce them to nothing and, we are going to vote PDP in the forthcoming bye election .
However, few days to the final electioneering campaign to end the APC candidate had refused to interface with the ICWA considering their numerical strength in Jos,Bassa LGAs ,so we can’t vote for someone that never value us ,Eze Ojukwu lamented .
He explained further that if the APC plan to neglect them that had already signals time bomb that would affect the APC chances of winning the bye election seat because the Igbo control majority votes in Jos North ,Bassa federal constituency.
