PDP Deity Has Failed Them And It Will Failed Them At Supreme Court-Nasarawa APC Chairman

The Nasarawa State Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress, Aliyu Bello has opened the can of worms that the deity of the opposition political party, The People’s Democratic Party. has failed them after a series of prayers, fasting and protesting naked in public, The APC has carried the day.

Aliyu Bello gave the hint during a press briefing held at the State Secretariat of the party along Shendam Road, Lafia.

He buttressed that the PDP is only democratic in name and undemocratic in action and words.

He in addition maintained that the People’s Democratic Party deity will again fail them at the apex court in some days to come. “The PDP supreme court case is death before arrival”.

The party Chairman added that the display of nakedness amongst women of PDP is a total show of shame in the eyes of the world by portraying the people of Nasarawa State in bad light.”.

He cleared the air that the ruling party in the State did not pursue any protesting PDP women from the streets of Lafia.

The Chairman during the press briefing said it was an imagination amongst the PDP supporters with a motive to smear the ruling party.

“They should be proof that we pursued PDP women protesting naked on the street of Lafia”.

He described last week’s verdict of the Appeal Court which reversed the Judgement of the Election Petition Tribunal declaring the candidate of the PDP, David Emmanuel Ombugadu as the winner of Saturday 18th March,2023 Governorship election as the candidate of the people of Nasarawa State.

He, however, maintained that the split Judgement was done in error, While commenting that the recent Judgement of the appellate court was on a tripod of true democracy

The party Chairman cautioned the PDP and its supporters to trade the path of peace by shunning ethnic and ethnocentrism in politicking.

“The unbearable utterances coming from gullible supporters of the PDP hurt the State”.

Saying the issue of indigenes of Nasarawa State needs to be put to rest, adding that the State belongs to all of us.

“Going back memory lane, Abdullahi Adamu was the first indigenous Governor from Keffi Local Government of the State and he handed over to a democratically elected Governor Aliyu Akwe Doma from Doma down to Umaru Tanko Al-, Makura from Lafia to Abdullahi Sule from Akwanga Local Government”.

The APC Chairman warned the State Chairman of the PDP Hon.Francis Orogu to be conscious of his utterances instead of preaching peace amongst the people of the State.

Aliyu Bello expressed grief over the call by the leaders of the opposition political party on the international community to intervene in the affairs of Nasarawa State politics.

He however commended the State Governor for the show of maturity in uniting the citizenry, adding that the exhibition of maturity is an important prerequisite to move the State to a greater height.
