The chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Barkin Ladi Local Government of Plateau State Hon. Philip Jwe has accused the APC government of sitting on a stolen Mandate.
He vowed that PDP is ready and working toward ensuring that they reclaim back her power which was stolen in 2015.
According to him the APC has nothing to show after one year, saying the PDP in the Local Government is putting everything in Place to recapture all PDP positions that were stolen.
Hon. Jwe stated this at the weekend during the Inauguration of PDP Executives of Eleven Federal wards held in Gashish, Ropp, Fan, Foron and Heipang District of Barkin Ladi Local Government of the Plateau State.
The PDP chieftain condemned the illegal dissolution of the LGC elected structures of the seventeen Local government of the state by Governor Lalong and replaced them with appointed Politicians and dared the APC Government to conduct LGC elections in the state and received the shock of their lives.
He said the APC as a party doesn’t have structures in Plateau State and charge the newly inaugurated Executives of the Party at the various Federal wards in Barkin Ladi and the state at large to ensure true reconciliation toward reclaiming back Power from the Ruling APC government in 2019.
Former Speaker of the Plateau State House of Assembly Rt.Hon. Isa Chungwom Song on his Part said Peoples Democratic Party had made a mistake during the 2015 elections, but quick to mention that the Party has identify and rectify and reconcile all aggrieved members, the PDP still remain the best Party for the Plateau People and Nigeria at large. He challenge the newly inaugurated Executives Members of the PDP from the Eleven Federal wards of the LGC to ensure that all dispute are resolved for the progress of the Party in the LGC and the state at Large.
State PDP Organizing Secretary in Plateau state Hon. Gwott Chocho who also monitor the inauguration said PDP is the only Party that has brought development in the state, saying a lot of Nigerians are now facing challenges as result of bad policies of the APC government, he however called on all PDP supporters to ensure that the Party is back on seat to provide relief to the citizens in the state.
