The Presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) Peter Obi has said Nigeria Is not working under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
He stated this during a town hall meeting in Akwanga Local Government Area of Nasarawa where he stated that Bola Ahmed Tinubu has traveled out of the country for a total of 235 days.
Before the audience, he said he is targeting one million Votes from Nasarawa State in the 2027 Presidential election.
We won’t allow people to steal what doesn’t belong to them, according to him, He said education must be free for all children if when we take office.
Peter Obi gave opportunities for questions and answers during the town hall meeting held at Gaji luxury hotel, Akwanga Local Government Area, said no candidate of any political party has traversed Nigeria like him.
Peter Obi said he will tackle the insecurity happening in different communities, as he hints that he will equip the security with adequate equipment as well employed more personnel to curb banditry and kidnapping on Nigeria’s highways.
‘If you borrow for production is good but for corruption is bad”.
“If given the mandate, we will explain to the nation where ere your money is going to, we will secure Nigeria from corrupt politicians,” he said,
Peter Obi said Obidients and Kwankwasiyya are working for good Governance, adding that the education sector will passed through reforms. He gave the assurance that they will be accessible to the citizenry.
Musa Kwankwaso said during his reign he accorded quality education as well train employers of labour.
The NDC Presidential candidate said he will destabilize cabals inside Aso Rock

He, however said he will revive the moribund Ajaokuta Steel Rolling Mills and among other ailing industries in the country.
Peter Obi said he will invest in power to and promised subsidies in agriculture.
