The national association of Retried Para military officers Jigawa state chapter have conducted its bye election for the position of its secretary who lost his life after a brief illness.
The chairman of the association Malam Wada Abashe told our reporter this after the conduct of the bye election.
Alhaji wada also seeks Jigawa state government to allocate piece of land to the association to enable them to build an office.
Wada further stated that they also need government intervention especially in the area of finance because the association is having serious financial problem that could not allow them to employ an office secretary, because what they receives from their headquarter is very little and cannot solve their financial problems.
