Over 1500 Women In Jos North, North Constituency Benefits From Free Medical Outreach Of Baba-Hassan

The former Deputy Speaker of Plateau State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Ibrahim Baba-Hassan has organized free medical outreach to check those who are suffering from different kind of diseases like Typhoid, Hepatitis, eye disorder, stomach problems, and many more for the people of Jos North, North constituency.
Baba-Hassan reiterated his determination to fulfill his electioneering campaign promises to the people of Jos and pledged to focus on projects and programs that touch the vulnerable people in society.
He pledged his unalloyed support to the good people of Jos north, North constituency who have stood him considering the absence medical facilities amongst densely populated residents who suffering in silent.
The overcrowded population of women including the elderly in society turned out in their numbers in search of free medical service with the current high rate of poverty and expensive cause of accessing medical bills, he explained.
He explained further that the majority of the women you see here are coming for the free medical outreach which the number outnumber 1500 we earlier expected for screening operations of those are discover with diseases that require doctors operation.
A Councilor Hon Nurudeen Abubakar told our correspondent that many people are suffering from different kind of infectious disease but they can’t avail themselves to see the medical doctor for treatment because of fear and lack of money to upset the medical bills.
According to him, some people prefer to use herbal treatment, not for anything but due to the high rate of treatment charge by Hospitals management had turn many to seek cheap treatment.
He commended the member for his commitment and willingness to support the people of his constituency with renovation and equipping library at Islamiya primary school.
One of the beneficiaries, HajiyaAsabe Abubakar lauded Hon Baba-Hassan for passion to help the people of Jos North access free medical service especially in a difficult time like this.
We are calling on other politicians to emulate the good gesture of him in touching the lives of vulnerable ones within their communities which will go a long way to assistant them.
