Nigeria @61 Buhari has done well for the development of this nation; this was stated by the APC Chairman Jigawa State, Alhaji Dikuma Umar Muhammed on his goodwill message to celebrate with Nigerians on the occasion to mark Independence Day.

Dikuma who spoke to our correspondent in his office in Dutse said Buhari has brought so many changes which have made inroad towards the development of this nation because Nigeria has taken the first stage of development among the Nations.

He described Buhari administration as the best among the governments that have led the country because it focuses on human development and infrastructural development, especially in the area of the road network and construction of railways as well as education, health, and agricultural development

He stated further that very soon Nigeria will be among the developed nations, he assured Nigerians that under Buhari leadership will be great and will be self-reliant.

According to Dikuma he said the issue of food shortage in Nigeria will be a thing of the past.

In the area of security, he said the federal government is doing everything possible to address the rate of insecurity in the country, Dikuma commended the Nigerian security agencies on their effort to calm the situation down, in which over 1000 members of Boko Haram have surrendered their arms to Nigerian army in Borno.

Speaking on Jigawa state, Dikuma said Jigawa people have nothing to say than to jubilate for what Governor Badaru is doing for the development of the state, adding that Jigawa state is among the leading state in the country in the area of the road networks.

He added that Jjigawa state is the champion in the area of pension payment to retirees in the country and in the area of security, he said Jigawa state is the safest state in the nation.

He thanked Governor Badaru Abubakar for his efforts to curtail the insecurity problems by engaging teaming youth to be self-reliant with various job opportunities which assisted greatly to make the youth useful to society and the state in general.
