The family of Late Haruna Maitala, Member Representing Jos North/Bassa Federal Constituency  Plateau State has called on the people of Jos North, Bassa constituency to unite and eschew politics of blackmail and  bitterness for the progress of the constituent

 

He said they have concluded arrangements to continue with the empowerment campaign promises to the people which was inspired by the late Maitala towards liberating the constituent from the shackle of poverty and unemployment.

 

Spokesman of the late Maitala empowerment scheme, Hon Ibrahim Maitala expressed optimism that the legacy of fulfilling cut across all tribes and religious divides to benefit from the constituent projects started before his untimely death in a car accident.

 

 

According to him, the projects run into millions which kick start with the construction of 16 km road at Rimi,29 km Amo -Katako Jengre road, primary and secondary schools classrooms, rehabilitation of roads, and renovation of schools across all Federal wards in Jos North, Bassa constituency.

 

The following items were disbursed to at least 600 household beneficiaries, 100 motorbikes,150 sewing Machines,150 Electric Machines,75 Generators,75 pumping machines, he said.

 

Maitala said late member has recorded tremendous achievements with a lot of meaningful development within the shortest period of time as the representative that requires the overwhelming support of the people Jos North, Bassa constituency.

 

Ibrahim Maitala employed the electorates to make the right choice of leadership that would touch their lives or impact positively on their well-being.

 

 

He poured encomiums on the personality of late Haruna Maitala empowerment projects saying, we will still keep this progressive legacy going on with a promise to extend the gesture for the purposeful record.

 

Ibrahim was confident that the legacy of the late Haruna Maitala empowerment scheme will go a long way to ameliorate the suffering of the people under the present harsh economic situation in Nigeria with the covid-19.
