Late Gyang Pwajok  to be buried on Friday

The Family of the Late Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)  governor ship Candidate    Senator Gyang Pwajok has  said that corpse of the deceased has arrived Jos and all is set for burial on Friday.

According to statement signed by  Samuel  Pwajok ,On behalf of the family reads that ” the death of the Senator  came as a terrible shock to all of us and millions of his supporters “.

This is because, as a vibrant and focused youth, he meant different things to many who came across him and even those who have followed his activities from a distance with admiration, all that has been cut short by the cold hands of death “.

 

 

“This young, courageous and optimistic gentleman who gave his best to humanity, struggled hard to live but death over came him through a disease called Haepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and not any organ donation as has been falsely attributed in some quarters “.

“We however wish to appeal that at this time of grief that the pains of the tragedy should not be compounded by certain actions and spreading of rumors that can inflame the mood of the family and associates. In this regard, the Pwajok family wishes to state that our son died of haepatocellular carcinoma and has at no time donated any organ of his body to anyone as its being spread.”

“We therefore wish to appeal to the general public and the media to exercise caution in handling any information regarding late Pwajok or his family without verifying such “. We should strive to appreciate this mood so as to accord our brother a peaceful transition and allow his soul to rest.

“The remains of Late  Pwajok has since arrived Jos and has been deposited at the Jos University Teaching Hospital Mortuary, Permanent Site “.

“The final passage rites of  Pwajok would  start on Thursday, November . 12th, 2015 with a Service of Songs at WAYE Foundation, Doi, Jos SouthLocal Government area “.

“While On Friday Nov. 13th, 2015 the corpse will be taken  from the Jos University Teaching Hospital ( JUTH ) Permanent Site Mortuary to COCIN Du, Jos South Local Government Area for funeral service, while the final  internment would be  at his residence at Rayfield, Jos”.
