Kanam APC Concerned Stakeholders Endorse Lalong, Buhari For 2nd Term

A political group under the aegis of concerned Kanam All Progressive Congress, APC, stakeholders /VOLA has solicited the cooperation of all a sundry to sheath their sword in making inflammatory statement capable of tearing the unity of Nigeria as a nation.

The group in a press briefing signed by Alhaji Musa Musawa held at Dengi multipurpose hall, Kanam Local Government Area, said; “We also advise the former President Olusegun Obasanjo to stop distracting Mr. President as everyone has his own approach to governance, they also as called on President Muhammadu Buhari not to relent but to continue impacting passively to the well-being of Nigerian.

“The concerned stakeholders /VOLA of Kanam APC, having considered the achievement of President Muhammadu Buhari and Governor Simon Bako Lalong we hereby endorsed them for reelection in office so as they can continue with the good works they have started,” they said.

Musawa commended the numerous achievements recorded by President and Commander in Chief of Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari GCFR on the fight against corruption and war against the insurgency.

The statement showered appreciation on Buhari on how he fixed Nigeria battered economy which they said was destroyed by the immediate past government and the prompt release of bailout funds.

According to him, Nigeria democracy cannot strive further without the support of grassroots people, “so we are assuring the supporters of APC in Kanam LGA of unalloyed support.

Chairman Vote Lalong Again, Askiya Mohammed, said the current rehabilitation of roads going on in Kanam LGA and empowerment of the youths on meaningful program stimulated them to drum for the reelection of the two.

He added that the laudable projects littered in the Local government and his prompt payment of workers salary is one of the achievements.

Mohammed stressed that the state witnessed crisis but governor Lalong maintenance of law and order in all look and crannies of the state received commendation which they said they want him to consolidate his good gesture.

Adding, Rescue Mission Chairman, Alhaji Aminu Abubakar said since this regime came on board the state has never recorded any incidence of violence but people are building mutual respect for each other.

Hajiya Audu Dengi and Hajiya Boyi Jibrin women wings both expressed confidence in the achievement of the president and the state Governor Simon Lalong.
