The Executive Chairman of Jos North Local Government Shehu Bala Usman has congratulated Barrister Caleb Mutfwang and Joseph Piyo as they take over the mantle of leadership as the Executive Governor and Deputy Governor of Plateau State.
The Chairman in his congratulatory message to the new Governor and his Deputy, noted that their swearing in and taking over of the state affairs has open a new chapter in the smooth transition of power in the history of the state and nation.
Usman while emphasized the time for politiking is over, the Chairman noted that his administration is set to join hands with the new administration in the onerous task of nation building where peace, development prevails.
“Through thick and thin, we must all remain focused on the objective of birthing Plateau of our dreams ; “Usman remarked.
The Chairman who conveyed his congratulatory message to Governor Mutfwang/Piyo on behalf of his Deputy, Leader and Members of the Legislative and Executive Arm, Traditional rulers and indeed the peace and Hospitable people of Jos North Local Government Area explained that with Governor Mutfwang cognate experience in grassroots politics and a legal luminary per excellence,he believes that he will moved the state to a place of glory, love, prosperity and united Plateau.
The Jos North Local Government Council Chairman prayed Almighty God to help Governor Mutfwang to fulfill his mandate and dreams of improving security, welfare and happiness of all Plateau.
