The Jigawa state police command at Gwiwa divisional office received a report that on 07/01/2021 at about 0330HRS, one Barau Idi M 30yrs of fandako village and, Bala Hamisu 19yrs of Maraganta Village, Shafi’u Lawan Alias Boss also 20yrs of Duwigi Village and Danjuma Dabo 35yrs of Gasakaye Village all in Gwiwa LGA, who criminally conspired among themselves and stole away two Bulls belonging to One Sha’aibu Adamu of 65yrs of age who is residing at Fandako village Gwiwa .
According to the police report, the same Bila Hamisu and Barau Idi criminally conspired and stole away one sheep belonging to one Audu Rabu M 55yrs of Daragi village, and again trespassed into the house of one Muhammed Lawan and stole away one daylong motorcycle valued at 100,000 naira.
The same suspects trespassed into the house of one Lawan Audu Sambo M of Gasakaye Village to commit robbery.
The police on receiving this information swung into action and arrested the three suspects, also the missing sheep, two bulls, and a Daylong motorcycle was recovered from the suspects. The investigation is in progress.
The spokesman of the command AMINUDEEN ISMAIL has confirmed the story assuring that all the suspects would be paraded before Magistrate court to serve as a deterrent to others.
