Another 3 local Government Areas Jjgawa State has been declared free from open defecation in a bid to make the state free from open defecation by the year 2022.
The State Commissioner Of Water Resources And Engineering, Alhaji I Rahim Garba Hannun Giwa stated this to our reporter in an interview.
He explained further that listed three local government areas include Guri, Taura, and Jahun local government council.

According to him, the state has allocated 35 days for the validation of the three local governments by the national task force committee.
“It is because of their contributions, that the office of the SSG wrote commendation letters to all traditional rulers for their effort to control open defecation in the state.
