The posters of Kogi State governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, for president, had flooded Jigawa state capital, Dutse, and other major cities in the State which includes, Hadejia, Gumel, and Kazaure.

Our reporter in the state reports  that the Kogi state governor’s posters for the presidential campaign have been seen in most of the roads and roundabout and streets in the capital city of Dutse and

so many parts of the state as well as other local governments near the State capital.

Findings by our reporter show that it was some volunteered youth group that is responsible for pasting the posters across the State.

Our reporter found out that apart from electricity’s polls, almost all the street lights polls and public wall buildings and roundabout wall were completely covered up with Yahaya Bello’s posters hung for the the2023 Presidential election-campaign.

The posters were also seen in the front of some houses, while others were pasted in business areas.

When contacted, one of the residents of Dutse who pasted up the Bello’s posters in the front of his business premises, who claimed anonymity said, “I love the man as young and courageous politicians of whom I have the belief that if he becomes the president, will solve the problem of the youths in the country. He also said, “Because solving youth’s problems is solving the country’s problems, being the majority of Nigerian population”.

When contacted, the APC Chairman of Jigawa state, Muhd Umar said they weren’t aware of any posters pasted in the State, explaining that their party’s only focus now is on registration of new members.

Muhd said their issue now is to give those who are interested to contest for any post chance at the State level but that they are not aware of Yahaya Bello’s posters and they don’t have any knowledge of who pasted his posters in the state.
