Hon . Dakom Williams To Ishaya Itse ,”You  Have No  Case Against Rufus Bature Exco “

The All Progressives Congress (APC) aggrieved Group Spokesperson ,Comrade Dakom William Danjuma has accused Hon .Ishaya Itse of going about extorting money  from people after self withdrawal of their case before Hon Justice S.P Gang in September ,2022 .

He said,Ishaya Itse was earlier paid secretly to withdraw the suit from court challenging Hon.Rufus Bature Exco as the alleged that the APC state congress scheduled to hold at Crest Hotel couldn’t hold owning to the intervention of Governor Simon Lalong on consensus candidates vying for the party Exco seat.

However,Dakom Williams now challenged Hon.Ishaya Itse to produce any evidence showing that he was the only candidate that obtained nomination form to contest for the seat of Chairmanship of APC in the northern zone.

“You would recall that Ishaya Itse was suspended from the party from his Jos Jarawa ward and he is no longer a card carrying member of APC so he should be disregarded for parading himself as the only authentic factional camp leader “,he stressed.

According to him,Hon Ishaya itse was under   September 2022 suspension for anti -party activities that he breach the party constitution and was still extorting money.

In one of the payment,they asked him to send his account details and Ishaya Itse forwarded the wife account of which they refused until he later  sent his own account.

He explained further that the former state secretary of APC ,Barr.Bashir Musa-Sati intervene to to put an end to the party leadership but after then Ishaya Itse is still lying extorting money from innocence politicians .

 Dakom Williams advised the general public to stop giving attention to Ishaya Itse who now is parading himself as the opposition leader of the party.

He noted that some of them that kick start the struggle were completely sideline by Itse after instituting a suit against the Rufus Bature Exco.The following are;Nanman Innocent Maimagani ,Garba Pankwal , Ishaya Itse and Dakom Williams .We are no longer working together after judgement.

Williams stated  that party is not only built on one man show’s, or a collective struggle we are tired the way and manner  Ishaya Itse turned it as his family  business .

He disclosed that Ishaya Itse didn’t have any  structure to  form a party or to head a political party while he is still going about misleading people that  he is a leader of the aggrieved Group of APC  .

Comrade Dakom William cautioned that any person or group of persons dealing with Mr Ishaya Itse as a fractional head of APC should stop it  henceforth.

After our meeting with the committee for reconciliation led  by Hon. Ahmed Idris  Wase , Ishaya Itse betrayed some of us the member to collect money without our knowledge.

While reacting to the accusation,Hon . Ishaya Itse,”my reaction is clear Iam not aware of any money from politicians,any defamation of characters against me.Both publishers and interviewer will approach the court.That is my position”

Dakom Williams maintained that even when the  court of appeal struck out his first case filed to join our suit .

The court dismissed the case Ishaya Itse for lacking in merit,and  he (Itse ) filed to join me and when I asked him about all the money given to him he forwarded the credit alerts to me  which I printed it and kept in my position .

Dakom warned Ishaya Itse that he still in possession of all the banks transaction between him  Hon.Idris  Maje where he took an oath  and Maje released 12m in the presence of Hon John Dafa’an.

 He said ,you are still lying with all the witnesses that attest to the amount given you in Lafiya , Nasarawa State . It’s sad . I wait for the court your claiming to approach.

Also confirming to our investigation team ,Bashir Musan-Sati called on Ishaya Itse to confirm that the payment was perfected through him and he sideline the other aggrieved members.

Itse told him that he was in Kaduna state to visit the family and promised to see once he is back to Jos .
