The All-Progressives Congress, (APC), Chairmanship Sole Candidate, Hon.Ishaya Itse has stated that no High Court in Nigeria sacked him in Plateau State as the authentic chairman and warned political detractors to deceased from cheap blackmail and character assassination.

Itse stated while responding to publication in some national dailies accredited to Rufus Bature as the Plateau State Chairman.

The embattled Chairmanship candidate reiterated that they alleged striking out the case which is blunt lies coming from their reports, the court of appeal had granted all prayers sought so why are they crying more than the bereaved?

However, those who purchased their forms to contest Congress, Hon. Ishaya Itse, Hon.Nanman Maimagani Zhattau, Hon.Garba Pankwal including others for the state chapter which venue was scheduled to be held at Crest Hotel, Old Airport Road.

They revealed the reasons why they are reinstituting the case against APC Exco in Plateau for jettisoning the out-of-court settlement agreement reached before Justice Gang for them to withdraw suit against APC Exco as conditions.

It was gathered that when the aggrieved members dragged the APC before Hon.S.P. Gang they were advised of court settlement with conditions attached Deputy National Secretary, North-Central Deputy Youth leader, five special advisers,13 LGs liaising offers, and settlement of their legal fees.

He explained that Honourably Justice, S.P. Gang in his judgment ordered an internal settlement that positions should be shared amongst those who obtained forms to contest the chairmanship seat in Plateau State.

According to him, the Hon . Rufus Bature flaunted the earlier agreement reached to settle the matter amicably outside the court which, we agree to wards, LGs, and state that was jettisoned completely.

Itse challenged the aggrieved members of the Exco to wait for the outcome of the appeal court instead of resorting to cheap blackmail and character assassination.

He disclosed that, as the authentic chairman of the party in Plateau State, he urged the people to identify with those who are credible members of APC and not to repeat the same mistakes of PDP that landed them into no structure tsunamis currently triggered the sacking of rep, state and National assemblies.

Ishaya reiterated the need to build synergy with the elected members rather than standing on a fence to rain blame and accusations.

The group also reversed to the state high court to challenge the APC for illegal kangaroo endorsement of APC exco in Plateau State where the aggrieved members set to reawake files case, as Hon . Ishaya Itse warned political detractors
