Hamza Al-Mustapha Freed By Appeal Court

The Court of Appeal sitting in Lagos State, today dismissed the murder charges which were brought against Hamza Al-Mustpha.

The former Chief Security officer to the late dictator, Sani Abacha was discharged and acquitted from the murder of Kudirat Abiola.

The Judge however overturns the judgement which was passed by a Lagos High Court which sentenced him to death by hanging.
