Gov Sule Engages With Journalists Ahead Of President Tinubu’s Visit To Nasarawa

Nasarawa State Governor, Engineer Abdullahi  Sule, has granted a media interview in anticipation of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s official visit to the State to commission landmark legacy projects executed under his administration, come the 25th of June, 2025.

Speaking during the engagement, which was coordinated by the Director General, Strategic Communication and Events Management, Yakubu  Lamai, on Friday  (today) alongside the Chief Press Secretary, Ibrahim Addra, and the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Public Affairs, Peter Ahemba, and other key officials.

Engineer Abdullahi Sule described the forthcoming visit as a defining moment for Nasarawa State, as he emphasized that the projects scheduled for commissioning, including the newly completed State Secretariat Complex, Flyover, and underpass.

Another project to be commissioned by the President also includes the dualized 5-kilometer Shendam road in Lafia, which stands as visible proof of his administration’s commitment to development, infrastructure, and the Renewed Hope Agenda.

Governor Sule further explained that President Tinubu’s acceptance to visit Nasarawa State and commission these projects is not only an endorsement of progress but also a testament to the collaborative spirit between the Federal and State Governments.

The media interaction forms part of a wider public sensitization campaign spearheaded by the Central Planning Committee, with Yakubu Lamai and other strategic stakeholders taking the lead to inform and engage the public on the significance of the Presidential visit and the transformation milestones Nasarawa State is set to showcase.
