Football Club Owner In Bauchi Called To Run For State Assembly Seat

Mr. Solomon Bukata proprietor of Zaar Football Academy Bauchi has expressed his desire to contest for a member representing Lere/Bula constituency Tafawa Balewa Local Government in the State Assembly.

Comrade Solomon Bukata stated this while granting an interview with our correspondent in Bauchi, Monday.

According to him “I have received a clarion call from different places, making my constituency to represent my people which I have agreed to do”.

Comrade Bukata explained that he joined politics in order to help bring succor to the life of the people as they desire life improvement opportunities.

He maintained that it is only through joining politics that he will be able to help achieve the development his peoples need, and the time has come for him to represent his constituency for such long-awaited goals.

When asked what he will do to help his people when elected, he glibly replied, “You should have asked me instead, what I already have done to my people before now; but this is better left to the people I served.

Meanwhile, I prefer not to make promises, but if elected come 2023 into the State Assembly, “I promise to justify the confidence in me through the administration of justice to all.”

However, Mr. Solomon has said that, in the mean time, he prays for peace, unity, and respect for his people’s cultural diversity and religion so that, “Our land will be developed”
