The Chairman Congress Of Northern Christian Youth, Musa Maisa has congratulated and drummed support for Governor Simon Lalong for accepting the position of director general of the Ahmed Tinubu /Shettima campaign organization.
Maisa stated that we endorse and commend Governor Simon Bako Lalong visionary quality of accepting to chair the Director General of Sen. Ahmed Tinubu /Shettima campaign, which is a welcome development to the Christian community in the north.
He made this known during his courtesy calls to Governor Simon Bako Lalong on Sunday.
Musa disclosed that the visit to the Plateau state governor was aimed at congratulating him on his new appointment as the director general Ahmed Tinubu /Shettima campaign organization .
He assured him of their overwhelming support as Christian youths and also emphasized that for him taking the appointment is a welcome development that is very strategic to all Christian in Nigeria.
Misal commended governor Lalong for his doggedness, as he advised him to remain firm and be a good ambassador to the body of Christ in his daily conduct.
According to him, we see Lalong as a worthy ambassador who can practice the truth and transparent behavior of a good Christian in his daily conduct.
He further intimated to the governor that as a youth leader, he is planning to host the leadership of youth CNCY in the 19 Northern states including some of the opinion leaders to dialogue on the way forward.
Musa Maisa also assured the governor that ad-hoc committees have been set up to embark on advocacy and sensitization to create awareness and enlightenment on the way forward.
He prayed to God Almighty to bless the presidential candidate and his vice president for a resounding victory in the 2023 polls.
The CNCY chairman was accompanied by the ad-hoc committee chairman on CNCC youths and former adviser to CNCY on the northern states during his state visit to Governor Simon Lalong .
