The Gubernatorial candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), GNS Pwajok, and All Progressive Congress’s (APC) Eunice Ayisa Sambo has all petitioned against governor-elect, Bar. Simon Bako Lalong, Gov. Jonah Jang and General Jeremiah Useni others at the Elections Tribunal sitting in Plateau state.
The Tribunal which commenced its first sitting with eight cases so far been filed starting from the governorship, two senates and five House of Representatives.
The governorship election petition Tribunal was made of the Chairman and two members who include, on. Justice S B.A Candide Johnson as the Chairman ,Justice U.I .Erameh 1st member and Hon. Justice’s Auwal Ibrahim 2nd member.
Senator GNS Pwajok of the People Democratic Party (PDP) , in his motion of exparte presented by his counsel ,Bar. Charles Obishai senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN)   is seeking the tribunal chairman to set aside the election of Bar. Simon Bako Lalong who was declared winner of 11th APril, 2015 poll.
Obishai also urged the tribunal to grant an order compiling the 3rd respondent ( INEC) to produce the reports from card Readers including the voters registers used in each polling units across the 17 local governments.
Adding, the ballot boxes, ballot papers collected during the election. According to him, the inspection of the ballot papers that is still under the custody of INEC should be given the authority to  duplicate copies of the documents  for  presentation at the tribunal sitting .
Also in his application dated 23rd April ,2015 seeking the relief of the honourable tribunal to grant him motion of exparte to service  the 1st,2nd ,3rd respondents.
Obishai apply for oral application to serve the 1st ,2nd and the 3rd respondents through substituted service to ensure that all parties receive their motion on notice.
He prayed that the tribunal in its pre-hearing provision should entertain the matter send to the petitioners under section 161 to exercise all discretion.
While ruling on the application, Justice’s S.B.A Candide Johnson granted all the prayers stressing that plaintiff should ensure that all the necessary documents should be filed before 27th April,2015.
In a related development, the House of reprep under renown  legal  luminaries Justice L Akeredolu Chairman and members ,Justice’s Khobo and A.O. Otanuka granted the relief of plead presented before the honourable tribunal .
On her ruling, she granted the prayers and  also  pleaded on the counsels for good conduct and quality presentation.
Bar. Garba Pwaul SAN on the case filed by Gabriel Nkon challenging the election of Hon Johnbull Shekarau member elect under Shendam, Mikang and Qua’anpan local governments ,he prayed the tribunal chairman to grant him orders compiling the 3rd defendant to produce all the reports of elections in the affected areas .
Pwaul seek that the tribunal in support of 17 paragraphs affidavit with written addresses accompanied the relief which was adopted .

He said the documents in pursuant of argument require the necessary provision should be  done before the motion exparte  .
