APC Screening Committee In Nasarawa State Disqualifies Billionaire Governorship Aspirant
A billionaire governorship aspirant of the ruling All Progressives Congress in Nasarawa state ahead of the forthcoming general election was disqualified to participate in the party’s primary slated for this weekend.
Hon. Danladi Halilu Emvulanza was not cleared based on reasons known to party, insiders from the party secretariat hinted that there are some petitions submitted against the immediate past secretary of Nigeria Judicial Council.
The retired civil servant who held from Nasarawa Eggon Local Government of the State was amongst the hopeful contenders, but his major challenge was that he lacks the willpower to govern the home of solid mineral.
Some people are of the opinion that he has a cantankerous attitude and for that reason is not qualified to be the governor of the state.
The disqualification of Emvulanza from the race brings the number of APC governorship aspirants to 11 including Engr. A. A lot Sule.
It was reliably gathered that the not cleared Guber aspirant, it was learnt shutdown the gate of his abode in Nasarawa Eggon even few weeks to party primary.
His herculean task was that all this while he has no party membership card which was part of criteria to quantify him for the exalted office, it confirmed that even during the festivities his abode at Nasarawa Eggon is a no go area.
