APC Presidential Primaries: Adamawa Speaker Describes Exercise Peaceful

Speaker of the Adamawa House of Assembly,Rt Hon Kabiru Mijinyawa have described the Presidential Primaries of All the Progressives Congress (APC) in his Adarawo Ward as peaceful and rancour free.

 

Kabiru who was the Returning officer Said is optimistic the State will not have any problem with today’s primaries (Friday) as President Muhammadu Buhari is still the man of the Masses.

 

”As you can see card carrying member of our great party,Men and Women in hundreds queued in lines as early as 7:30am anxiously waiting to votes for President Buhari to be the flag bearer of APC in 2019 elections.

 

“This is to tell you the popularity of Buhari is uncontestable and in checked,i have the total believe he will win the elections for the second term.” Kabiru Said

 

He revealed that the decision of indirect primaries to others positions in the State is to give all aspirants equal right as a Party loyalist to test their popularity.

 

He however said Gov Muhammadu Umaru Jibrilla Bindow has all his achievements on records so others aspirants and the job of who will be the next Party Governorship candidate is left in the hands of the delegates.

 

Kabiru who endorsed a total votes cast of 1020 in favor of Buhari, 600 Men and 420 Women under the witness of news men at the Adarawo ward, Yola town in South LGA Said is quite satisfied with the result.
