An Election tribunal sitting in Jalingo has sacked Josiah John Aji a PDP lawmaker representing Wukari 2 in Taraba House of Assembly of indulging in all forms of elections irregularities and atrocities to win the election.
The Tribunal Chairman, S M Anjor annulled his election, after a People’s Democratic Movement (PDM), Tanimu Mohammed Danlele aspirant challenged his authenticity of winning the election.
Anjor while cancelling election said based on the facts and proofs provided by PDM candidate in Wukari 2, whereby there was none use of card reading machines, PDP employed the use of violence techniques and all forms of elections offences to win the election, I therefore demand for a fresh election to be conducted within 90 days.
