The erstwhile executive Vice Chairman of the Presidential Committee on North East PCNI, Tijjani Musa Tumsah has been inducted into the 2019 class of the Institute of Directors Fellowship. The event which held in Lagos tagged the 2019 Fellows Night and Investiture had as theme A Critical Analysis of the FGN 2020 Budget Proposals delivered by Director General of the Budget office Ben Akabueze.
Savannah Pharmaceutical Company as General Manager 1984-1987, he was a member of the Yobe State Executive Council 1992-1998 heading several ministries as Commissioner, he was also Nigerian Council for Management Development from 2001-2003. In the build up to the political realignment of that brought in the current government he served as the National Secretary of the All Progressives Congress APC from 2013 to 2014. Since 2015, he has been the Vice President Committee on Support of Victims of Terrorism.
In a press release by the Spokesman Presidential Committee on Victims Support Fund PCVSF, Alkasim Abdulkadir, he said the investiture of the fellowship is a testimony to the pragmatic leadership and agency Tumsah provided in coordinating humanitarian intervention especially in providing educational and health care support to vulnerable populations in the North East.
