APC Bauchi Urges Aggrieved Members Not To Take Their Complaints Beyond Party Level In The State

The National Chairman APC Youths Progressive Forum UkKasah Hamza Rahama appealed to the members of the party in Bauchi, who are aggrieved over the last Saturday’s local government Congresses not to proceed to the courts.

 

He made the appealed while briefing the journalists in Bauchi on the conduct of the Congresses in the state, saying that the exercise was successful not only in Bauchi but the entire nation.

 

He noted that members of the party have prayed anxiously to see the party made such a great success, adding that the ruling party had demonstrated internal democracy as stipulated in its constitution.

 

“We’re all here to congratulate the ruling party All Progressive Party, for the successful conduct of local government congresses nationwide, l therefore, wish to thank us all for expressing my profound satisfaction with the peaceful exercise.

 

According to him, he said, “This is indeed a road to a great success and straight upon straight ahead of 2023 general elections, adding that despite the success of the exercise, but there is a likelihood of having appeal and petitions coming on the conduct of the exercise”.

 

He, therefore, urged all aggrieved members of the party not to take it beyond party level, saying that “Our focus should be on party success,” he added.

 

While congratulating winners, he called on those who lost not to view it as a loss, but rather view it as victory to all and the party in general for the overall success of the entire exercise in the country.

 

Rahama, however,  reminded party members that there is no party without a crisis and APC is not exceptional considering the number of states, as well as National Assembly members, control in the country.

 

The national chairman also said there is no ground for some of the APC members to challenge the eligibility of Mai Mala Buni led Caretaker Committee of the party.
