Surrender Your Agitation Of Sovereignty Of Biafra-Out Going President Igbo Cultural Association Nasarawa State Tells Nnamdi Kanu

The outgoing President Igbo Cultural Association, Nasarawa State wing has called on the leader of the Movement for the actualization of Biafra nation, Nnamdi Kanu to as matter of national urgency forget the agitation for the sovereignty of Biafra for the interest of peace and tranquility.

He stated this during the conduct of the Association election held at Igbo Hall along Makurdi road, Lafia.

Prince Ogbonnaya who is also the National Vice President of Igbo Delegates Assembly, Northern Nigeria frownd at the agitation as a serious threat to Igbo people residing in in the north.

He described the agitation as a child’s play, saying the agitation is adding more pressure to Igbo’s leaving in the northern part of the country.

Prince Ogbonnaya said Igbo’s has invested enormous wealth in north, for this reason the agitation would not hold water.

“Arewa Youth Progressive Forum gave the Igbo’s an ultimatum to leave the north we do all we can to calm the situation “adding that Igbo Delegates Assembly is not support of the agitation.

The election was mar by complain as few delegates were not allowed to vote. It was revealed that one of the candidate vying for office of the President dragged  Igbo Community Association to court to restrain the Association from conducting the election.
