Stop Encroaching Into Govt Land, Plateau Land Commissioner Warns Dogon Dutse Community

The Commissioner for Lands, Survey and Town Planning Hon Yakubu Dati has warned the general public to stop encroaching into a piece of land situated at Dogon Dutse layouts.
Hon Dati gave this warning in press statement advising the people of Plateau State to stay clear of the above mentioned landed property belonging to the state government.
The commissioner expresses displeasure with the way and manner people are now encroaching into the land while touring state government lands around some of the layouts in the state.
He cautioned that the attention of the ministry has been drawn to the development by a reliable source that some individuals have commenced building inside land without contacting the appropriate authority.
Dati stressed that activities of some individuals who are bent on grabbing all the piece of land situated at Dogon Dutse layout can no longer be tolerated by the ministry of land, survey and Town planning.
He further stated that the said land which is currently being used for recreational purposes is the sole property of the Plateau state Government and not the Federal Government’s own as paraded by these unscrupulous agents.
The Commissioner hereby advised the general public to steer clear of the said land or have themselves to blame.
