The Plateau State Chapter of the amalgamated stakeholders association on agricultural produce dealers has sworn-in Yusuf Samuel Hamman as the Chairman of Agricultural stakeholders forum on Wednesday 19th April, 2017.
He expressed their readiness to collaborate with security agencies to ensure safety of its members.
Mr Hamman assured that with the new exco the forum will moved the association forward but he emphasis more on the unity of the members.
The chairman in a meeting chaired by Alh Bala Mohammed which was adopted by the members exploit how its members are suffering in the hands of hoodlums while transporting goods to its final destination.
He said, the absence of leaders in this forum has been affected is smooth operation of its members which fresh election was conducted to protect their businesses and properties in the hands of vandals and men of the underworld.
Mohammed complained the the major problems of the forum is fighting against the destruction of properties ,Lives and businesses.
He advised that ,we should not show non challant attitude in forming the stakeholders forum on the Plateau state by calling on any members of food dealers to registers with the appropriate body towards the progress of its forum.
Meanwhile ,NAAPD coordinator Mr Solomon Tukura cautioned members to be up to date and they should form a strong association of coming together .
He said the Chinese government is making funds available for the 2017 agricultural farming season which the forum can benefit from the good gesture .
