Shendam (APC) Ex-Officio, Hon. Hamza Muhammad Auwal Resigns His Members Over Brewing Crises

The Ex-officio of the state chapter of the All Progressives Congress,(APC) ,Hon  Hamza Muhammad  Auwal of Yelwa ward has resigned his membership over internal crisis.

He disclosed that his decision to defect to the Peoples Democratic Party,(PDP) of Plateau State Chapter was a burnt-out desire to promote the tenets of democracy in Plateau State.

Hon.Hamza Muhammed in his letter dated 5th February 2024 to the All  Congress (APC) Plateau State Chapter indicated that he has dumped them to a new political party.

He explained further that the people of Yelwa-Shendam are willing and ready to vote PDP in 2027 so he advised Governor Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang to go home and sleep rest assured without stressing himself to campaign.

Hamza assured the government of the state that their unalloyed support to PDP because they didn’t witness democracy dividends under the leadership of the APC régime so our defection to the opposition party in the country is on no development.

He stated that the people of Yelwa-Shendam would continue to align themselves with the party that can provide dividends of democracy and carry all and sundry.

According to him, our total cost detection to PDP is a homecoming to strengthen our relationship with stakeholders in Plateau politics

It was a great pleasure to serve in the party as a former LGA Chairman and now serving as Ex-officio and I want to thank all my colleagues in struggle for giving me such a great honour.
